OUR SUCCESS STORIES

Find Your Forever Friend:

Ally’s Animal Rescue is an all-volunteer, non-profit, animal welfare organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of stray, neglected, and abused animals. Ally’s Animal Rescue is completely funded through fundraising efforts and public donations. All of our pets are cared for by foster homes and receive comprehensive medical care prior to their adoption.

We love Miles! We adopted this little guy about 2 months ago and he is a wonderful addition to our tribe. He has an amazing personality and is very happy. Thank you, Ally!

Kirra

We adopted Kirra at 4 months old in 2019. Now at 14 months old, she has grown into the sweetest pup! She is so smart and has been easy to train, she is a loyal and devoted dog. Working with Ally and Alee was very easy. They made sure we were a good fit for Kirra and were open and honest about her history. I know that if there were any major issues, they would’ve told me right out. We are very happy we adopted through Ally, she helped us find our new family member and best friend!

Daisy

I found Ally’s rescue on Facebook and I wanted to find a Chihuahua about 8-15 pounds, and I came across this precious girl. Right away I contacted Ally to get her. She had mange all over her body when she was little. I love her so much, she’s been through a lot already but she’s only 2 years old. I love her!

Blue

I adopted my boy Blue via Ally in October 2018. He was about 2 months old and showed up at the home of a friend of Ally’s and wouldn’t stop trying to become one of her brood. He’s a definite flame point siamese and talks all the time. My other kitty Sugar loves him too and I can’t imagine life without my little boy.

Huey

The moment I saw the first picture of Huey we fell in love and knew he was the pup for us! He was a happy, loving and rambunctious guy from the moment we met him! He is now living his best pup life in Napa, California! He enjoys long walks along the Napa River, meeting new pup and human friends on his walks, lounging on the couch with Mom & Dad and of course lots of snacks! He has brought so much joy into our life! He’s the best puppy ever!

Caramel

When my husband and I divorced recently, he took ‘custody’ of one of our dogs… I kept Lucy who is 12 years old and has never been without a canine companion. She was so lonely, I hated leaving my house because I left I could hear her crying - she needed a friend. When my sister sent me Caramel (formerly Nora) on Ally’s posting I fell in love! She is so sweet, so loving, and full of personality! And best of all is that neither one are lonely anymore. I renamed her Caramel because of her color. As you can see, she and Lucy have become inseparable!

Monica

Ally’s rescue has given me the best gift I could’ve asked for in the form of a 10-pound Chihuahua mix named Monica. From our first encounter, I knew we were a perfect fit. Monica brings so much joy into my life and I couldn’t imagine navigating a pandemic without her. Ally was really amazing throughout the entire process. I’m forever indebted to this amazing soul.

Lucy

We weren’t really looking for a second dog, but when I saw Ally’s post on Facebook about sweet little Lucy and the tough life she’d had so far, my heart melted. We had just put down our 15-year-old pup and adding Lucy to our family helped make all of us feel better. She’s been a wonderful addition and we all love her. Thanks, Ally!

Carmelita

Our last dog had passed away and we were going to wait about a year to find a new rescue but there she was. Earlier than expected but I knew Carmelita was the dog we needed to rescue. She’s an amazing dog- very smart and active. She loves to sunbathe on the porch. She cracks us up with her old lady sleep habits: 8pm she gets in her bed without prompting and goes to sleep for the night. She brings us a lot of joy all thanks to Ally.

Raya

When we were looking for a dog to adopt, all of the shelters were empty because of the Covid-19 lockdown. I found Ally - she had so many dogs that needed homes and I knew I could find one. My husband and I just bought a house and we have two cats who I love and had to be part of the decision. We saw Raya’s picture and fell in love with her little face. I decided to foster to adopt just in case she didn’t get along with the cats. Raya was perfect. She’s such a sweet girl. We are learning everything together. She had a pretty tough life but we are going to make sure she has a wonderful life from now on. We love Raya. Thank you Ally for all you do!
